3. Booking Management
Laundry shops must regularly monitor bookings received through the platform. Once a booking request is received, the shop is responsible for arranging the pickup and completing the laundry service.

4. Pickup and Delivery Obligations

However, laundry shops are not responsible for personal belongings left inside clothing items, such as money, jewelry, electronic devices, or other valuables.
Customers are responsible for checking their laundry before submitting items for service.
9. Service Delays
Laundry shops should make reasonable efforts to complete services within the estimated time provided to customers.
Delays may occur due to high workload, weather conditions, transportation issues, or equipment maintenance. Shops must communicate any significant delays to customers when possible.
10. Platform Role
The platform serves as a booking management system that connects customers with laundry shops. The platform facilitates service bookings but does not directly provide laundry services.
Laundry shops remain fully responsible for the services they provide to customers.
11. Changes to Terms
