Terms and Conditions for Customers
By registering and using this Laundry Booking Platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Account Registration
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
2. Laundry Service Booking
This platform allows customers to book laundry services from registered laundry shops. The service includes pickup of laundry items, washing and cleaning of clothes, and delivery of the cleaned items back to the customer.
The platform is designed for booking laundry services only and does not provide reservations for laundry machines or equipment.
3. Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is submitted through the platform, the request will be forwarded to the selected laundry shop for processing.
Customers are expected to cooperate with the laundry shop regarding pickup schedules and service completion.
Customers cannot cancel bookings once they have been submitted through the system.
However, the laundry shop may cancel a booking if necessary, such as due to scheduling conflicts, operational limitations, or other valid reasons.
4. Payment Policy
Payment methods depend on the selected laundry shop. Shops may require:
Full payment before the service begins, or
Partial payment before the service with the remaining balance paid upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
Customers agree to follow the payment policy set by the selected laundry shop.
5. Pickup and Delivery
Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses and ensure that someone is available during the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
Failure to provide access during pickup or delivery may result in delays in the laundry service.
Laundry shops may adjust pickup or delivery schedules depending on workload or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customer Responsibility for Laundry Items
Customers must inspect their laundry items before handing them over for pickup. Customers must remove all personal belongings from clothing items, including but not limited to:
●Money
●Jewelry
●Electronic devices
●Keys
●Other valuable objects
The laundry shop and the platform are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside clothing items.
7. Clothing Condition
Customers must ensure that clothing items submitted for laundry are suitable for normal washing procedures. The laundry shop and the platform are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions of the clothing, such as weak fabric, loose buttons, or color bleeding.
8. Service Delays
Laundry services may experience delays due to high service demand, weather conditions, transportation issues, or equipment maintenance. Customers acknowledge that reasonable delays may occur.
9. Platform Role
This platform acts as a booking system that connects customers with laundry shops. The platform provides the system for managing bookings but does not directly perform the laundry services.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
